Not only with the quality of the bed, but with the service as a whole. The lady I spoke to has a genuine interest in getting you the best product for your needs & she couldn't have advised us better. Also, the delivery driver called us 30 minutes before he was due to drop off, to ensure we would be home. Now that is what I call a service!
