All payments made online are encrypted for your safety, however if you would rather give us the details personally, please feel free to telephone your order.

3. Futons 101 cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss caused by damaged goods or delays in delivery.

4. Should you decide when you have received the goods, that they do not "gel" with you, please contact our sales office within 7 days and we can arrange collection for you. There will be a charge for collection of the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. All goods come with full warranty, so if you have any problems at all, do not hesitate to contact us.

6. English law applies on all transactions and title to the goods only passes with payment in full.
